• Sales Consultant and Estimator

Full-time sales consultant experienced in home improvements for Clear Lake & Galveston Areas.
Sales consultants are to be responsible with the estimating portion of the process, meet monthly sales quotas, schedule appointments with homeowners, customer point of contact, attend weekly sales meetings, prepare required monthly reports, schedule walk-throughs and closings.

Job Requirements:

• Prior Sales and Closing experience a must
• Know how to estimate projects accurately
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Computer Skills
• Excellent presentation and a pleasant manner
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be a "follow-up" person
