Remodeling is a process that includes everyone from the start and requires attention to detail, communication and trust. Starting the remodeling process off with a solid foundation is as critical as the foundation for your home.

1. Document the details, requirements & desires for your project in mind.
2. Pictures & magazines are great sources for ideas.
3. Get three bids as a minimum. All based on same project specifications.
4. Request customer references and call at least three.
5. Lowest bid is not always the best bid... In fact very seldom does the lowest bid provide for a quality project and REMAIN on schedule.
6. Check local Better Business Bureau for complaints
7. Verify Insurance requirements.
8. Check the State Of Texas - Residential Construction Commission web site to verify registration and compliance to commission requirements.
